The Old Tiverton Four Corners Schoolhouse No. 1 is a two bedroom home located within Historic Tiverton Four Corners. The open floor plan of the gourmet kitchen and spacious living room is equipped with comfortable seating, a large 46' HDLCD TV, a working wood-burning stone fireplace, and central air conditioning / heating, and the working vintage twenty-four inch, cast-iron school bell. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom equipped with a Whirlpool tub. The master bedroom has a king size bed fitted with a luxurious ten inch foam mattress covered with Egyptian linens. A wall-mounted 32' LED TV complete with cable access will help insure a relaxing finish to your day. The second bedroom is outfitted twin bunk-beds and a 26' LED TV to accommodate friends or family. WI-FI is provided free of charge for those of you who like to stay in touch while you are on vacation. A high-efficiency laundry system is available if you plan on an extended stay.
Samuel Church Estate

This large, Federal period residence was built in 1814 by Samuel Church, a local merchant who settled in Adamsville in the late 1700’s. The home changed families many times, but remains one of the most prominent homes in Adamsville. We purchased the property in the fall of 2016, remodeled the home, and began hosting families in the spring of 2017. While the home retains many of it's original features, the kitchens and bathrooms are brand new, as is the central air conditioning & heating system.

Potters Corner was built by us in 2012; It is a 3000 sf Colonial with luxurious appointments. They include a gourmet eat-in kitchen, three bathrooms all with Granite tops and whirlpool tubs, Two full size living rooms down stairs, one with a 46” LCD, another (The Red Room) with a 39” LCD and gas fireplace, A very large master suite with 15’ high Cathedral ceilings, Private Sauna, Two person Whirlpool tub, pebbled floor steam shower with two shower heads, wet bar/coffee station with microwave and beverage cooler, deck overlooking the backyard, stately Millennium king size bedroom set , Corner Gas Fireplace, and even a ladies changing room with a sink and vanity. One guest room with two full size beds and LCD TV, another guest bedroom with LCD TV and King Size Bassett Bedroom set, and a fourth bedroom on the on first floor with two twin beds. Large deck off the living room and kitchen, Central AC/Heat, WIFI and Cable TV throughout.
John Dyer Loft

New to Sakonnet farm & Stays in 2019, this second floor home is located near Adamsville, in Little Compton, RI. Cute & quiet, this is an excellent place to unplug and unwind. The home is surrounded by private woods and an historic cemetery on three sides, making the deck a very private space. There is one queen sized bed, a full kitchen, living room, full bathroom and a laundry room with washer & dryer. The first floor is currently not in use, so you would have the entire home to yourselves.

The dining room has a beautiful farm table that seats eight. Enjoy the peaceful water views from the patio or from the screened in porch.

This beautiful Beach House sits up on the hill overlooking Buzzards Bay and Vineyard Sound. The property is nine acres including a large backyard, a marsh area & pond with a boardwalk leading down to the beachfront. Sit on your own private shore front, or walk minutes down the street to South Shore/Goosewing Beach. Sit with the family on the spacious back porch overlooking the ocean. This 4,000 square foot home has three large bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half baths. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout and large windows that allow plenty of natural light in to the entire home. There is also a front deck, allowing you and guests to enjoy both morning and afternoon light. The living room has a gas fireplace and the three season living area overlooking the pond and ocean. This three bedroom home was fully remodeled with the last year with wide plank pine and unique tile in all the baths, a unique gourmet kitchen, family room, farm style dining room table, screened in porch and much more. There is a half bath on the first floor. The master suite on the second floor has its own bath and balcony. The second floor also has two other bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a full and another full bathroom. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning which can be individually controlled.
